Here's a list of all the Kennedy Center Millennium Stage dates in Washington, DC. All performances begin at 6 pm and will be live streamed on the Kennedy Center website.

Now in its third season, Center Stage introduces artists from abroad to American communities. From July through October, five contemporary music and theater ensembles from Algeria and Tanzania will tour the U.S., sharing their work with Americans and bringing news of their experiences to their friends and fans at home. Two bands from Pakistan will tour the U.S. in the spring of 2017.

TOUR OVERVIEWS

DEMOCRATOZ (July 15-August 7) visits Boston, NYC, and DC before heading to CA for activities from LA up the coast to their final gig at one of the summer's great jams, Reggae on the River Festival. Open Dates: NYC metro area July 24, 25, and 27; Southern CA July 30. Contact Lisa Booth Management.

ISTIJMAM (September 4-October 3) makes its theatrical U.S. debut with artist to artist meet ups, impromptu street pop ups, and multiple performances of the contemporary fable Et'Teffeh/The Apples in DC, IN, NH, and NYC. September 22 - 25 open. Contact Lisa Booth Management.

RAJAB SULEIMAN & KITHARA (September 5-26) We're thrilled that audiences and festival goers in DC, PA, VA, WI, and IL will experience this outstanding band from Zanzibar including Globalquerque, in the Land of Enchantment. September 26 - 30 open. Contact Lisa Booth Management.

IFRIKYA SPIRIT (September 30-October 26) stakes its expansive musical tent in VT, DC, NYC, MN, and WA for intimate club gigs, concert performances, student shows, and artist jams. Tour fully booked.

MSAFIRI ZAWOSE (October 4-30) Audiences from DC to CA will have the chance to experience Tanzania's great musical powerhouse and his super tight band. A few open dates. Contact Lisa Booth Management for additional info.
